I am a passionate Flow Assurance Engineer with 10 years of working experience. I have led Flow Assurance activities and studies for greenfield and brownfield projects, deep water and onshore projects, helping the team with finalizing concepts, understanding FA risks and challenges. I have been lead for various emergency response teams, helping with resolving unplanned shutdown and plant upsets caused by flow assurance concerns. I have come up with various surveillance strategies and tools, helping the operating assets easily monitor FA parameters, improving reliability and minimizing Flow Assurance concerns. I am currently the Team Lead for Flow Assurance team in ExxonMobil leading the resource planning, and scoping of various FA activities being executed. Furthermore, I am also tasked with leading mentoring, training and capability improvement of team members.
